Our 3-Day Bundle is the perfect off-season option for athletes looking to stay in shape, sharpen their skills, and maintain top-level conditioning. This program includes Speed & Agility and Positional Training sessions, ensuring players stay engaged and continue to improve key areas for on-field success. Whether you're preparing for the next season or simply staying in form, this program keeps you competitive.
Program Includes: 3 indoor turf sessions per week 24 sessions total
Speed & Agility Training Wednesday & Friday Ages 12-18 years - Wed - 7:00-8:00pm - Fri - 6:45-7:45pm
