Build Speed That Transfers to the Field
Running fast in a straight line is only one part of athletic speed. OFA teaches athletes how to accelerate, decelerate, change direction and react efficiently in competitive situations. Each session combines movement instruction with progressive drills that help athletes move with greater control and confidence.
Faster Acceleration — Develop a quicker, more powerful first step.
Better Body Control — Improve balance, coordination and stability.
Dynamic Footwork — Move efficiently through tight spaces.
Improved Running Mechanics — Techniques for efficient speed.
Sharper Direction Changes — Cut, stop and redirect with control.
Greater Confidence — Move more decisively during competition.

TESTIMONIALS
Kieren - Carleton Ravens
Before I started training with Coach Nate, I was slower, heavier, and wasn’t very confident in my speed. Since training with him, I’ve gotten a lot faster, more explosive, and way more confident in my game. My favourite part about his training is that even in a group, he’ll switch things up on the spot to make sure everyone individually is getting what they need to get better. You can tell he actually enjoys helping his guys improve.
Ancel - St. Peters Knights
I’ve had a great experience. Coach Nate genuinely cares about helping every player improve, no matter their skill level. The practices are competitive, organized, and focused on developing football IQ, technique, and confidence. I’ve become a better player because of the coaching and the atmosphere the team creates. If you’re looking for a place that pushes you to improve while keeping the environment positive and supportive, I’d definitely recommend this team. Thank you, Coach Nate for all the time and effort you put into helping us succeed both on and off the field.
Roy - Holy Trinity Tornadoes

FAQ
What ages can participate in OFA speed and agility training?
OFA is a community of excellence. We train athletes of all experience levels from the age of 10 to 22. Programs are adjusted based on the athletes. Though the programs are tailored to the athlete's age and experience levels, the younger and less experienced athletes train alongside the older more experienced athletes. This allows for a faster learning progression for the less experienced athletes and provides a feeling of mentorship for the more experienced athletes.

Will this help athletes in sports other than football?
Speed and agility training benefits athletes in almost every field and court sport because athletic performance involves much more than running fast in a straight line. Athletes must be able to accelerate quickly, slow down safely, maintain body control and change direction in response to the play around them.
Acceleration helps an athlete reach the ball, an opponent or an open space faster. Agility and change-of-direction skills allow them to cut, turn and reposition efficiently. Coordination and body control help athletes stay balanced while moving at speed, which supports more confident and controlled performance.
These abilities transfer directly to sports such as football, soccer, basketball, hockey, rugby, lacrosse, volleyball, baseball and tennis. Although every sport has different technical skills, athletes in all of them benefit from being able to move quickly, efficiently and under control.
